A very important question, indeed. You can deposit checks with Mobile Deposit on your Squad mobile banking app, which is the most convenient. Or just stop by any of our branch.

Even more important, how can I withdraw said money?

No problem. Just click here and order a new debit card. You should also cancel the card you lost to be on the safe side.

Are there any fees I should know about?

Some miscellaneous service fees may apply, such as fees for non-sufficient funds. You might get charged for using another bank’s ATM, too. The biggest thing to look out for is an overdraft fee for spending money you don’t have. Yikes. Thankfully, we offer free low balance alerts so you can avoid them.

Sweet. How do I sign up for the alerts?

You can switch on low balance alerts in the app and even personalize them.

What happens to my account after I turn 25?

You will receive a letter of notification in the mail prior to your 25th birthday as a reminder that your account will be automatically converted into our Smart Choice Banking account, which is still really cool.
